COVID-19 Update

Thank you for visiting The Rode! We are so gracious for your support to help women overcome homelessness in Los Angeles.  

First and foremost, we hope everyone is staying safe during these unprecedented times. We are working diligently and safely to produced and fulfill orders in accordance with our regular schedule. Due to COVID-19, we are operating at an extremely limited capacity until further notice.  

We apologize for any delays you may be facing with your order but know are working hard to get all orders ready and will ship as soon as possible, notifying you when we do.  

In addition, note some shipping carriers are also experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Once you receive your tracking number, please monitor shipment updates. If you have further questions about the status of your package once it has shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Although this has been a challenging time collectively, we are so inspired by The Rode community that has come together and truly value your support.

Order and Shipping Policy

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully processed. Orders can take up to 4 business days to be processed and shipped. 

Please note most of our jewelry pieces are handmade to order and may take up to 1-2 weeks to be prepared. We strive to fulfill orders in a timely manner, however, due to the handmade nature of our products, we ask that all customers be aware of this window.

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.


Where We Ship

We ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, as well as Internationally. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


How We Ship

All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority or Standard First Class Mail. Once the order has been scanned and delivered by the courier, it will be considered the responsibility of the customer. The Rode is not responsible for delivery delays of the U.S. Postal Service. This includes weather, delivery attempts, or mechanical issues.


International Shipping

All international orders (outside of the United States) are shipped via DHL. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs + Fees

Please note that the order value at checkout excludes duties, taxes, customs charges, and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.

All prices on the site are listed in USD, and you will be charged in USD. For an approximate estimation, please review the current exchange rate for your currency.
