Return Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the original shipment date, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Note all items purchased from The Rode apothecary are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Item(s) must be returned unused, undamaged, and unworn in their original product packaging. The original shipping charge is not refundable.
 
Any item(s) exceeding the 7 day return policy will only be eligible for store credit or exchange at our discretion.

To start a return, please contact our Order Service team at hello@therodela.com to obtain a return authorization number. The Order Service team will process your return request and email you an authorization number once approved. Please place the authorization form in the box with your return once you receive it. Shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please consider insuring your package in the event it is lost or damaged in transit. The Rode is not responsible for lost items that do not arrive at our warehouse. 
 
Once the package is received and the returned item(s) is inspected, the value of the item(s) purchased and any tax applied will be returned to the original form of payment within 14 days.

Items returned without authorization will not be issued a refund.

International Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on International orders. All international shipments are final sale.
